  Every time I call up to make an appointment I'm out on hold every time. I waited 25 mins on hold today and hung up. They play this awful carnival music that's just goes on and on. When I do eventually get an appt set once you're in there you have to wait at least 45 mins every time. Flies flying around your head and they try and scab as much money off you as possible. Last time I'm going to these people, I'll be looking for a vet some where else.

  Not so good.. Went to the vet for the same issue nearly three times before they decide that surgery is the only way.. They didn't resolve the issue at its source.. they just made it go away until the third time they were like, 'oh, she needs to have this thing physically removed otherwise it'll come back'.. Already spent so much money..
